Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 16, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel a Reply subscription and when we issue a refund. It applies to paid plans purchased through our website (currently via Razorpay). It should be read with our Terms of Service and pricing page.
1. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription fee. There is nothing to refund. You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from account settings, subject to the Terms.
2. Seven-day money-back guarantee (paid plans)
If you purchase a paid plan (monthly or annual) and Reply is not a fit, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original paid charge. We will refund the amount you paid for that charge, including applicable GST collected on it, to the original payment method.
- The request must be received within 7 days of the paid charge.
- Refunds are full-amount only. We do not issue partial refunds in the current product.
- The guarantee applies to your first paid charge of a new paid subscription. It does not apply to Free-plan usage.
- If we have already issued a refund for that subscription, a second refund is not available.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@vrizen.com from the account email used at checkout. Include the registered email, plan name, and a short reason. You can also open a support ticket from the dashboard. We will confirm when the refund is processed.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we process the refund for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. The subscription is cancelled when the refund completes.
4. Cancellation (keeping the paid period)
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing so the plan does not charge again. Cancellation at period-end is not a refund: you keep access until the current paid term expires, then the account returns to Free limits.
Annual plans follow the same rule. Cancelling mid-year without a valid 7-day money-back request does not pro-rate unused months.
5. When we may refuse a refund
- The request is after the 7-day window, except where Indian law requires otherwise.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes already in progress for the same invoice.
- Abuse of the guarantee (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
- We cannot identify a successful paid charge on the account.
6. Failed payments and suspensions
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry or suspend access as described in the Terms. A failed payment is not a refund. Restore access by updating payment details and completing checkout.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page is the current version. Material changes will be posted here. For questions, write to support@vrizen.com.
